MAP Residential Services

Our residential program is ASAM 3.5 level of care addresses all aspects of chemical dependency through education, self-disclosure, and problem-solving. It creates an awareness in the individual and the skills to implement recovery tools, fostering change and a substance-free life.

This level of care involves using a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, substance abuse and mental health clinicians, case managers, and night managers, to monitor and evaluate the client for progress. All clinical services are provided 24 hours/7 days a week.

MAP’s Residential Program provides an ongoing treatment/therapeutic intervention to clients requiring structured support. Treatment involves applying recovery skills, relapse prevention, improving emotional functioning, promoting personal responsibility, and reintegration into the worlds of work, education, and family. Our program will assist men in building adaptive skills which may not have been achieved or diminished during the client’s active addiction.

MAP’s Residential Program provides clinically managed residential recovery services 24 hours, seven days a week, of a safe and stable recovery structure program; with the support of trained counselors, clinicians, and night managers.

Our Person Center approach philosophy offers a community living environment with a fitness gym to assist our residents in strengthening their bodies. A beautiful garden with plants and trees to heal the broken spirit and nourish the soul. During the good weather, our residents learn to grow their vegetables (ground therapy)—a theater room with a 72-inch television to watch movies at night and weekends. Our gourmet kitchen is managed by an executive chef that prepares a healthy daily menu that provides nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinners, and snacks. The bedrooms have very comfortable medical beds. MAP’s primary holistic approach is to heal the BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT.

MAP residents work with their clinician to develop an individualized person center treatment plan and discharge plans that meet their needs and goals for recovery. All residents meet with the primary counselor every day for at least an hour for individual sessions and at least four groups a day.

Our Residents meet one on one with the prescriber clinician for a psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Many of our residents choose to received Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

MAP’s clinical and medical staff team specialized in providing substance abuse treatment services with medical/psychiatric stabilization after being discharged from a hospital or other medical facility.
